Enterprise Class NFS Server Plus Consolidation Services

Scheduled for release in the Second quarter and currently in Alpha test this latest addition to the AccessNFS family is a first of it's class NFS Server for Windows. 

In addition to allowing Windows 2000/2003/XP-Pro workstation and Servers to perform as NFS Servers, DiskShare Plus allows you to consolidate your existing NFS resources through a single access point. A single NFS Server can now serve as a connection point for all NFS Servers on the network. 

DiskShare Plus provides a productive, time-saving administrative tool by allowing Clients to access resources as needed, without having to keep track of their current location should the data move to a different directory or new NFS Server. When an Administrator moves a resource from one Server/location to another Server/location a remount of the resource is all that is needed on the Client. There is no longer a need for changing scripts or programs used on the Clients. When the Client remounts the resource they will automatically be accessing the new location of the data. This new feature is currently not available in any other NFS Server on the market today.

In addition to being a top-rated, high-performance NFS Server, DiskShare Plus now gives the added time-saving benefit of centralized resource administration. Instead of resharing other NFS resources and the permissions problems inherent in that process DiskShare+ provides a front end to your other NFS Servers while passing the credentials from the Client to the Server without modification. The Client only receives the access they would be granted on a direct connection.
