The following support options are available for registered AccessNFS customers. Evaluation customers receive free support during their evaluation.

When you submit your support request, you will receive a worksheet number for tracking purposes. A Shaffer Solutions Support Engineer will respond via telephone. Support hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00 - 5:00 p.m CST, excluding weekends and holidays. You may also communicate with the Support Engineer via email, once the initial contact has been established.
NOTE: When logging a support request by telephone, you will need to provide:
- Your name, phone number, fax number, electronic mail path and the question for which you require an answer or a description of the problem you are experiencing.
- A valid serial number. To find this, go to START, PROGRAMS, <product name>, and then ABOUT.
- Product Name ( e.g. "DiskAccess", "DiskAccess Lite", "DiskShare")
