Licensed customers may obtain periodic product updates (fixes and enhancements) by downloading software and installing with your permanent serial number.

When major features are added or product architecture is changed, purchasable upgrades * are made available to customers without maintenance contracts.  For customers who have up-to- date maintenance contracts, the upgrades are free.

In both cases please contact us and have your current permanent serial number available for us to processes.

* Serial numbers are revised for major upgrades ( e.g. 3.X serial numbers do not work with 4.X products).
